From Senders:

• Name and email address
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; GiftSend does not store full card numbers)
• Recipient's name, email address, and/or phone number, which you provide to us in order to deliver a card and gift

From Recipients:

• Name, email address, and/or phone number (provided to us by the sender, or by you directly when claiming a gift)
• Payment method selection for receiving a gift (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, debit card)

Automatically Collected:

• Basic device and usage information (e.g., browser type, pages visited) for security and service improvement

We use collected information to:

• Deliver digital greeting cards and process monetary gifts
• Send transactional notifications via email and/or SMS (e.g., "You've received a gift!")
• Process payments and payouts through our service providers (Stripe, Tremendous)
• Prevent fraud and maintain the security of our Service
• Improve and operate GiftSend

If you provide a phone number, you may receive:

Non-marketing messages, such as notifications that a card/gift has been sent to you or delivery confirmations

Marketing messages, only if you separately opt in

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP.

We do not sell your phone number or other personal information to third parties.

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service:

• With Stripe, to process sender payments
• With Tremendous, to deliver monetary gifts to recipients via their chosen payment method
• With Twilio, to deliver SMS notifications
• With Google Workspace, for business email communications
• As required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GiftSend, our users, or others

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may:

• Opt out of SMS messages at any time (reply STOP)
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us (see Section 8)

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
