Terms of Service

GiftSend is a digital greeting card platform. Senders purchase an illustrated digital card and may attach a monetary gift in the same transaction. Recipients receive the card and, if a gift was included, may claim the gift through their chosen payment method (such as Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, debit card, or another supported method).

GiftSend does not hold or store gift funds on behalf of users. Card purchases are processed through Stripe. Gift funds are delivered through our payout partner, Tremendous, or, where applicable, sent directly by the sender using the method they select at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through GiftSend. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• Card purchases, platform fees, and gift amounts (where applicable) are charged to the sender at checkout via Stripe.
• Gift amounts are delivered to recipients via our payout partner or the sender's selected method, according to the process described at checkout.
• All charges are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Because gifts may be delivered to recipients immediately or shortly after checkout, purchases are generally non-refundable once a card has been delivered. If you believe there has been an error with your order, contact us at hello@giftsend.co and we will review your request.

By providing a phone number or email address, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your card or gift (such as delivery confirmations). You may separately opt in to marketing messages. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

You agree not to use GiftSend to:

• Send fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for money laundering or any illegal financial activity

The GiftSend name, logo, card designs, and platform content are the property of GiftSend or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

GiftSend relies on third-party service providers, including Stripe (payments), Tremendous (gift payouts), Twilio (SMS), and Google Workspace (email). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GiftSend does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
